Navy MWR Okinawa Transportation provides airport charter service accommodating up to 10 passengers and luggage, between lodging and Naha Airport, Kadena AMC or Futenma Air Terminal. We will take your furry friends too! Pets must be kept in a kennel at all times. 

Requests for this service must be made no later than 3 business days (72 hours) prior to the date of service.

Fees are based on origin/destination zones to/from the respective terminals.

Area 1: South $45
Ginowan, Haebaru, Itoman, Naha, Nakagusuku, Nanjo, Urasoe, Nishihara

Area 2: South Central $60
Uruma, Okinawa, Yomitan, Chatan, Kitanakagusuku

Area 3: Central $90
Ginoza, Henoko, Kin, Onna, Yaka

Area 4: North $120

TERMS AND CONDITIONS• Service requests are not guaranteed without confirmation and a full payment. • Payment must be made 3 business days prior to departure date. Reservations will automatically cancelled if payment is not made.• Cancellations must be made 2 business days prior for a full refund.• MWR has the authority to cancel reservations in the event of inclement weather and customer will receive a full refund.• MWR will not be responsible for accidents caused by passengers.• MWR will not be responsible for any personal items, baggage, equipment left or stowed on the vehicle.• Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond legal seating capacity at any time.• Passengers may bring their own car seats for children and responsible for the installation and use of the seat. • All pets must be transported in an approved animal carrier/crate.• Smoking/vaping/use of alcohol or drug is strictly prohibited in our vehicles.• Personal electronic devices can only be used with headphones while on the vehicle.• Contract must be signed as agreement of terms and conditions.NAVY MWR COMMUNITY RECREATION BUSINESS HOURS: SUN-THU 07:00-16:00 / FRI-SAT 07:00-18:00
