Liability : MWR will not be responsible for accidents caused by participants. MWR will not be responsible for any loss of items.

Cancellation : In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather occurs, MWR reserves the right to cancel the tour, and participants will get a full refund. No refunds will be granted for no-show or cancellation 3 days before departure.

Payment Agreement : Payment must be made in full within 24 business hours after signup. Signup will be canceled without notice if failed to do so. Sign up cannot be completed without agreement of these Terms & Conditions and a full payment.
